Ingredients

1 large pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Spread crushed Oreo cookies on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan (save 1/3 for top).
Mix together cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar; then fold in Cool Whip.
Mix pudding, milk and vanilla in separate bowl; then mix in with other ingredients.
Pour over cookie crumbs.
Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs on top.
Chill and serve.
