Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. roast
    1 garlic bud
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 bay leaves
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. wine (cooking wine)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a crock-pot.
    Cook on low for several hours until meat falls apart.
