Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 sq. semi-sweet baking chocolate
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    8 oz. whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    Microwave chocolate on HIGH 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted.
    Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
    Add peanut butter; stir until well blended.
    Cool to room temperature. Gently stir in whipped topping.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Scoop truffle mixture with melon baller or teaspoon and shape into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in your favorite coating like:
    powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa, chopped peanuts, sprinkles or coconut.
