Chocolate Striped Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet pieces
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
sweetened whipped cream
maraschino cherries
mint leaves
5 large eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. heavy or whipping cream
1 1/4 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate squares
8 oz. white chocolate or 3 (3 oz.) confectioners bars or 1 1/2 (6 oz.) pkg. white baking bar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 3-inch spring-form pan.
In bowl, mix chocolate wafer crumbs and margarine.
Firmly press onto bottom of spring-form pan for crust.
Bake crust 12 to 15 minutes. Remove crust from oven.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Let stand until chocolate chips soften, then spread over crust.
Refrigerate while preparing filling.
