Tex-Mex Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) roast
    2 c. dry pinto beans
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cover with water.
    Bake, covered, for 12 hours at 250\u00b0.
