Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. scallops
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    grated cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    In hot oil in
    skillet, lightly saute scallops, cooking about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Remove
    scallops and place in shallow 9 x 11-inch baking dish.
