German Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

2 sticks butter
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In skillet melt 1 stick of butter, 1 1/2 cups oatmeal, 1 cup sugar; toast mixture, set aside.
