Irresistible Low-Fat Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand low-fat milk
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    4 egg whites
    1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
    In 2-quart glass measure with handle, combine Eagle Brand low-fat, cocoa and chips.
    Cook in microwave oven 2 minutes or until chips melt, stirring after each minute.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; turn into prepared pan.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until center is set.
    Cool.
    Store tightly covered at room temperature.
