Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
A.1. steak sauce
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can mushrooms plus 1/2 c. mushroom liquid
Preparation

Place roast in center of large piece of foil in roasting pan, pulling up sides of foil.
Brush A.1. sauce over meat.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix and mushrooms.
Add liquid, then continue pulling foil over roast and fold over each other.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
