Crab Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. crab
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/16 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped green or red peppers (optional)
Preparation

Make a white sauce with the flour, butter and milk.
Add the seasonings and then the crab.
Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
