Pineapple Cheeseball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped pecans, divided
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Add 1 cup pecans and mix well. Refrigerate until firm, then shape into ball.
    Roll in remaining pecans before serving.
    Very good with Town House crackers.
