Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cracker crumbs.
    Pour into a square well buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle top with crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
