Bavarian Chocolate Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chocolate chips
    1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 Tbsp. butter
    14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. peppermint flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt first three ingredients in top of double boiler.
    Remove from heat.
    Add next 3 ingredients.
    Beat on low for 1 minute. Then on high speed for 1 minute.
    Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Beat every 5 minutes by hand.
    Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Chill.
