Ingredients

8 potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1 grated or chopped onion
2 eggs
salt and pepper
oil
Preparation

Peel and grate potatoes, mix with flour, set aside for a few minutes.
Add onion, eggs and salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Make into real thin pancakes.
Fry on hot skillet in heated oil.
