Baked Italian Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch thick
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tomato, sliced
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 to 2 c. tomato sauce (enough to cover vegetables)
    1 c. cubed bread
    1/2 grated cheese
Preparation
    Pour tomato sauce over first 6 ingredients.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover.
    Add bread and grated cheese.
    Bake 10 minutes longer.
