Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix margarine, sugar and eggs thoroughly. Sift together the flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
Stir into first mixture.
Form into balls about the size of walnuts. Roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10
minutes.
