Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
12 oz. block Cheddar cheese
5 c. biscuit mix

Preparation

Let sausage and cheese set at room temperature, then mix with biscuit mix.
Roll into balls and bake on cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
