Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 bag chopped broccoli
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small box Velveeta jalapeno cheese
    1/2 c. onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 cube butter
Preparation
    Cook
    rice
    and
    drain.
    Combine cream of mushroom soup and cheese in saucepan until melted.
    Add broccoli.
    In small skillet saute
    onion
    and
    celery in butter.
    Add to soup and cheese mixture.
    Pour into casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
