Beau'S Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker crust
    1 can low-fat sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1 egg plus 2 egg yolks, beaten until light
    1 tsp. lime rind
Preparation
    Mix milk, juice and eggs.
    Pour into graham cracker crust. Garnish with lime rind.
    Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
