Cranberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
3 eggs (separated)
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. cooked cranberries
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Add beaten egg whites last. Bake in two 9-inch cake pans at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
