Bunny'S Pumpkin Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    2 c. cooked pumpkin, mashed
    4 c. chicken stock
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large saucepan.
    Saute celery and onions in butter until transparent.
    Add pumpkin, stock and spices.
    Simmer over low heat 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring often.
    Just before serving, stir in cream and reheat.
    Do not let boil.
    Can add sour cream to each bowl.
