Easy Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. lasagne, uncooked
1 lb. ground beef
4 c. thick spaghetti sauce
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
2 c. small curd cottage cheese or Ricotta
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese or 12 oz. sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain fat.
Add spaghetti sauce, water, seasoning, salt and sugar (optional).
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
