Pineapple Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 head cabbage, chopped
1 carrot, chopped fine
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
mayonnaise
Preparation

Dissolve sugar and vinegar together and add to cabbage, carrot and pineapple.
Add enough mayonnaise to moisten slaw.
I chop cabbage and carrot in the blender (cabbage on chop; carrot on grind).
