Baked Fillet Of Sole Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. lemon sole, cut into 2 pieces
 
2 slices thinly sliced, boiled ham
2 slices thin Swiss cheese
Parmesan cheese with fine cracker crumbs
egg wash (1 beaten egg with splash of milk)
Preparation
- 
                            Top each piece of fish with 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese.
 
Roll up tightly together.
Dip each roll first in egg wash, then in cracker crumbs.
Saute in butter until golden.
Bake 10 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
