Cranberry Frappe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. whole cranberries
    8 c. water
    5 c. sugar
    juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Cook cranberries in water slowly.
    Strain and put through colander.
    Add sugar and lemon juice.
    Freeze in ice cream freezer when cooled.
    Serve in place of cranberry jell.
