Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. grated sharp cheese
    1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
    cayenne pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
Preparation
    Cream cheese and butter.
    Add other ingredients.
    Mix to form firm dough.
    Fill cookie shooter and press out onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until slightly brown on edges.
    Cool slightly.
    Cut with knife into 2-inch straws.
