Fantastic Fudge(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
12 oz. milk chocolate pieces (semi-sweet or peanut butter may be substituted)
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine sugar and milk in 2-quart glass bowl.
Microwave on Medium-high (70%) for 4 minutes.
Stir well and continue to cook on Medium-high for 3 minutes or until boiling and sugar dissolves. Add chocolate, marshmallows, vanilla, salt and pecan pieces, stirring until chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
Pour into lightly buttered 8 or 9-inch square pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
