Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. onion salt
3 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. celery salt
3 to 5 lb. beef brisket, untrimmed
black pepper
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Make a paste of the first 4 ingredients.
Paint the brisket with the paste; wrap tightly in heavy-duty foil.
Seal.
Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Sprinkle with pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Rewrap tightly in the same foil.
Place in shallow roasting pan and bake at 225\u00b0 to 250\u00b0 for 6 to 8 hours. Remove from foil and brown on the grill, if desired.
Recipe can be doubled or tripled to accommodate larger briskets.
