Tex-Mex Turkey Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups turkey, cooked and shredded or chopped
1/4 cup picante sauce
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup sliced green onions
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp crushed oregano
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Colby cheese
8 flour tortillas
3/4 cup picante sauce
1 cup cheese
Preparation

Place first 6 ingredients over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
Stir in 1/2 cup Monterey cheese.
Spoon a scant 1/3 cup turkey mixture down the center of each of 8 flour tortillas; roll and place seam side down in a lilghtly greased 12x7-inch baking dish.
Spoon 3/4 cup picante sauce evenly over the enchiladas; cover with 1 cup cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Serves 4.
