Norwegian Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    2 small tart apples, diced (about 1 c.)
Preparation
    Spray Pam on 9-inch pie pan; set aside.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until blended. Mixture will be stiff.
    Spoon into pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes, or until brown and slightly puffed.
    Top with whipped cream or ice cream, if you desire.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
