Grandpa Revely'S Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 potato, cut up
4 carrots, sliced
1 pkg. frozen stew vegetables
1/2 pkg. frozen okra
1/2 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 1/2 large cans whole tomatoes
4 c. water or more
3 beef bouillon cubes
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. stew beef
1/4 stick butter

Preparation

Brown stew beef in butter in stew pot.
Add other ingredients and simmer for approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until beef and vegetables are tender.
