Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream oil, sugar and eggs well.
Add carrots and pineapple. Mix well.
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together and add to cream mixture.
Add vanilla and beat thoroughly.
Add nuts.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or less.
The secret of the moistness is not to overcook.
