Low Calorie Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Better 'N Eggs
    4 c. skim milk
    1 pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine Better 'N Eggs and milk in mixing bowl or blender. Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat for 2 minutes or until well blended.
    Refrigerate until ready to use.
    Has 0 g fat and 50 calories.
