Pierogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. flour (1/2 of 5 lb. bag)
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    5 lb. potatoes
    8 slices American yellow cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Drain.
    Add cheese.
    Saute onion in margarine. Add to potatoes and mash.
    Let cool.
