Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 sweet potatoes
    1/4 stick margarine
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Peel
    potatoes,
    slice and place in kettle.
    Add water, cover and
    boil
    until tender.
    Mash until free of lumps.
    Add sugar, margarine
    and pineapple;
    stir well.
    Place in casserole, cover with marshmallows.\tPlace in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 and brown.
