Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6-inch) graham cracker crust
pecans (optional)
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften.
Mix the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Blend in Cool Whip.
Spoon mixture into pie shell.
Sprinkle with pecans on top, if desired.
Keep refrigerated.
