Party Pita Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pita bread
    onion slices
    lettuce or alfalfa sprouts
    baked beans (hot)
    cottage cheese
    cucumber slices
Preparation
    Cut round pita bread in half to form pocket.
    To each pocket add about 1 tablespoon of baked beans.
    Spread along side (inside), 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese (spread over the beans), 3 or 4 onion slices, 3 or 4 cucumber slices.
    Top with shredded lettuce or alfalfa sprouts.
