Pop'S Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
3 1/2 qt. popped corn
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put sugar, brown sugar, syrup and water in a saucepan, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Add butter and continue cooking, without stirring, until the temperature is 240\u00b0 or until mixture forms a soft ball when tested in cold water.
Put popped corn in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt.
Pour the hot syrup over it and mix thoroughly.
Shape into balls with gloved or buttered hands, so they don't burn.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
