Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt.
    Combine egg, water and vinegar.
    Blend with fork just until flour is all moistened.
    Roll on plain flour.
