Classic Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    4 c. tomato juice
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 carton Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    noodles
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown beef, onion and garlic.
    Drain.
    Stir in tomato juice, mushrooms, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and spices.
    In 9 x 13-inch dish, layer noodles.
    Cover with half of sauce and cheeses.
    Repeat layer and cover with remaining sauce and cheeses.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes.
    Garnish with parsley.
