One Of Each Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 c. rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Using a paper towel, rub the butter around the inside of a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Crumble the meat into the casserole dish.
    Sprinkle rice and onion soup over meat.
    Mix mushroom soup and water together in a small bowl.
    Pour over rice mixture.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
