Mexican Luncheon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 can tomatoes (2 c.)
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 c. uncooked macaroni
Preparation
-
Brown meat.
Add onion and green pepper.
Blend in salt, sugar and chili powder.
Stir in tomatoes, milk and sour cream.
Add uncooked macaroni and cover pan.
Cook 20 minutes on low heat. Top with grated cheese, if desired.
