Sweet Potato Pineapple Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 Tbsp. melted butter
2 extra large eggs
1 c. milk
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. cooked mashed sweet potato or 1 large can sweet potato
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix potatoes, sugar, salt and flour.
Add eggs, butter and milk; beating well.
Add vanilla.
Mix pineapple in by hand. Blend well.
Grease casserole dish lightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until set (bake longer if deep dish).
