Eloise'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    1 stick butter
    parsley flakes
    2 onions
    1 c. milk
    flour
    American cheese
Preparation
    Fill 6-quart kettle almost full with potatoes and onions (sliced).
    Cook until done, then pour off water.
    Heat milk and butter; thicken with flour and add lots of cheese.
    Pour over potatoes and stir.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes and brown in oven at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
