Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread (crusts removed)
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. half and half
    1/2 stick margarine
    5 eggs, well beaten (use mixer)
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
    Tear bread into small pieces and sprinkle over butter.
    Sprinkle sausage over bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
    Beat eggs and other ingredients; pour over mixture.
    Chill overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
