Pork Chops Neapolitan Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sweet peppers
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    6 loin pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. tomato puree
    1 Tbsp. stock or water
Preparation
    Roast peppers in hot oven.
    Peel and cut into strips.
    Slice mushrooms.
    Put olive oil in skillet and brown garlic in it. Remove garlic and place chops in skillet.
    Brown slowly on both sides, adding salt and pepper.
    Remove chops from pan and keep warm.
