Ojaldas (Fried Cakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Blend the flour into the eggs. Knead ten minutes, adding more flour if needed to make stiff dough.
    Let the dough stand one hour.
    Roll very thin and cut into diamond shapes.
    Fry in hot oil.
    Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
