Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
cherry tomatoes
parsley sprigs
Preparation

Remove stems from mushrooms, chop into 1/4 inch pieces.
Set aside.
Heat butter in heavy skillet, add mushrooms caps.
Saute quickly over high heat for 30 seconds on each side or until just browned.
