Heaven Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 envelope plain gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. cold water
    1 large cake cream cheese, room temperature
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 bag miniature marshmallows
    2 to 3 bananas
Preparation
    Bring first 3 ingredients just to a boil, cool.
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
    Pour pineapple mixture into water and gelatin mixture.
    Cool.
    Beat cream cheese.
    Add to mixture when cool.
    Add whipping cream (whipped).
    Fold in mini marshmallows and sliced bananas.
    Chill in refrigerator.
    Best served same day.
