Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cream 3/4 cup sugar and butter.
    Add egg and vanilla.
    Stir in mixture of flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar.
    In another bowl, combine 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
    Chill dough to form balls easily.
    Shape dough in 1-inch balls and roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
